JBS Mental Health Authority. The Authority also owns and operates four, two-bed Townhomes for independent living. Although no resident manager is located on the premises, case management services are provided to all residents. Referrals for the Townhomes are received from local community agencies and the community at large. In addition the Authority operates 20 scattered site apartments for homeless mentally ill individuals. Case management support is provided as well as Day Treatment activities.
