I said this is my 4th rodeo I know what I am doing at this point, so I shrugged the blessing off and was comforted that I was being watched over. Ok so we get to the hospital.I get hooked up to the iv meds, I get my epidural ( which he nicked a nerve again=( Ouch! I also look very drugged because I am very drugged=). Time to go home=).

Monday, April 9, 2012. We decided to make the best of our day out, so we hit up a couple of the downtown tourist attractions. It was nice to see some of our new hometown. We went to the White House. It was the first time I had seen it, as it was not on our tour when I was 16. We got to see the very last of the cherry blossoms. There were only a couple of trees left that even had blooms. They came super early, and then only lasted 6 days this year. What little we saw was still beautiful.

Monday, May 31, 2010. Cole goes into the hospital tomorrow to officially begin the diet. We are going to try and keep our epilepsy blog. Updated. He will most likely be there for the rest of the week. We hear there is a lot of down time in between getting his blood drawn every 4 hours around the clock. Thursday, September 29, 2011. Mom and Dad stopped by. They were in the neighborhood :). We really enjoyed having company. Our guest room sits lonely most of the time. We had a couple of fun-filled days, with lots of food and some brave driving. I seriously don't know how anyone gets around DC without a GPS. We took Cole to the zoo. Where we saw monkeys "in the sky". The Orangutans cross a really long cable from one end to the other twice a day or so. Cole though it was really cool. Places I Like To Visit.

Monday, April 9, 2012. We decided to take a little time to actually see what millions of people get on buses to see every year, in our own backyard. It is kind of sad that it takes visitors to get us out there, but hey-we work with what we've got! Four Score and Seven Years Ago.8th grade history feels like it was that far in the past. There were a lot of things about Gettysburg that I had forgotten. We got to see most of where all of the battles took place and an interesting cyclorama.
