October 6, 2014. Today I broke out the Nordic walking sticks, and tentatively decided to walk to work and back every Friday. It was the most gorgeous morning, and I loved every step of the way. What I ate: 2 boiled eggs, minestrone soup, 2 apples, a blt salad. What I drank: A litre of water and a few cups of tea. De-stress: Thich Naht Hahn audio book.
