Apr 25, 2011. Buckwheat Bake Attempt #2: Meh. I upped the cooking temperature and cooking time, as well as cut down a little on the liquids, but it still didn’t seem to be quite right. I’ve decided not to post my recipe, but here’s a picture just the same! This one was at least fully cooked, I just did not think that it was anything too special. I gave it the old girl scout try, though. Crumbled cookies, Grape Nuts, chocolate chips, fruit preserves, maple syrup, fresh fruit, etc. 1/4 1/8 c peanut flour.

The Finish Line- Cholesterol Update. November 18, 2010 · Filed under Uncategorized. When I first started this blog, I had just started my own “ experiment. 8220; I was going vegan for 6 months, to see if I could lower my cholesterol. I was already a vegetarian, but I though I’d see what veganism would do! Sadly, it didn’t change my numbers. My total cholesterol is 290, which is actually higher than it was a few months ago. (Not by much, but still! However, veganism opened up a whole new world for me!
