Maggie's Giving Group. Literacy, Justice and a Record. October 7, 2013. This year 29 charities were nominated for our annual fundraising, the largest number ever. Charities nominated do such good work in the world on a range of issues from health care, education and housing to justice, animal welfare and protecting the environment. After careful consideration, the board has chosen two charities to receive this year’s fundraising: Gideon’s Promise. And Mommy and Me Family Literacy. Both based in Atlanta.

Blood donors evening of thanks. Thursday, Mar 26 2009. Tonight I am at a donors party for the michigan blood donors. Currently I am chatting with fellow donors, posting on my ipod touch with there free wifi, W00t! They have a variety of snacks on the tables, including chocolate drizzles potato chips, which are good.
