Heat the oil in a vessel, add onion, ginger,garlic and stir fry. Add the rest of the veggies.Cook the veggies. Add pepper powder,salt and lemon juice and mix well. Saturday, October 6, 2012. Cream of Mushroom Soup. Black Pepper.1/2 tspn. Ginger.1 inch piece. Thinly slice the mushroom caps, discarding the stalks. Melt the butter in a heavy-based pan and cook the spring onion, garlic and lemon thyme, stirring, for 1 minute, or until the garlic is golden. Add the mushroom and salt and pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the mushroom just softens. Grind 1/4 part of the mixture to a fine paste.Mix the paste with the rest of the mixture. Add 1 cup of water.

Friday, October 5, 2012. Corn Carrot Rava Idli. 189; cup corn boiled. 189; cup carrot diced. Mustard seeds ( rai / sarson). Urad dal (split black lentils). Curry leaves (kadi patta). Combine all ingredients together, other than the fruit salt and leave aside for 10 minutes. Combine the oil, ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and asafoetida and heat it well. Add the cashewnuts, curry leaves, green chillies . Add the tempering and the fruit salt to the batter and mix well. Cream of Mushroom Soup.
