五月 11, 2016. 四月 27, 2016. 一直在盤算着退休後要當個博物館的義務導賞員，懷孕前上了三個Professional Diploma of Fine Arts(PDFA)的courses，趣味盎然，惜生產後時間上不能配合，短期內未必能完成PDFA的課程，適逢Hong Kong Arts School舉辦有關curatorship的短期課程，二話不說便馬上報名。 短短四天的課程共有五個lectures，大多以對談形式進行，講者都是世界級知名curators 曾策劃多個世界級雙年展如Singapore Biennale和Venice Biennale)，原來兩位講者的first degree都不是Arts related 一位是Economics而另一位是Politics ，這對我這個amateur art lover來說實在是鼓舞，正好印證了 改變命運，為時未晚 也。 上完四天課程的感想，是curator既是一個artists’ babysitter、event manager同時也是一個connoisseur。 四月 25, 2016 輸入你的密碼方能觀看迴響。 四月 25, 2016.

不要懷念，沒有別離，我們還在一起。 最近養了白神酵母的酵母種，為了要養活酵種，大概兩至三天便要做一次麵包。 養天然酵母的好處跟壞處是同一個… 是要迫著要密密做，密密烤。 隔幾天不用，酵種便會不活躍，會死掉的。 但每星期做幾次麵包，一個人那能消耗這麼多，幸好我的家人都很棒場，. 雖然大家都密密吃，但有時早餐吃厭麵包，改吃其他東西時，存貨便多了。 自家的麵包沒防腐劑，在這熱天的季節，悶熱得不得了，綠的霉菌在第三天便來做訪，. 在這季節，焗後第二天便要塞進雪櫃 (4度那一格)，吃時拿出來番熱還不錯。 在假日時，也喜歡拿來做麵包布甸，下午茶時時吃著甜品，感覺悠閒。 小焗盤 - - 1 個. 麵包 - - 1 片 (多一點點也沒關係). 牛油 - - 5g. 提子乾 - - 20g. 雞蛋 - - 1pc. 低脂奶 - - 80ml. 黑糖 - - 20g. 肉桂粉 - - 適量. 3) 將牛油暖融，倒在麵包塊上，並灑上提子乾. 4) 雞蛋 奶 黑糖 拌勻，淋在麵包塊上，並灑上肉桂粉. 米︰「你望甚麼？」. 貢丸︰「你在吃甚麼？甚麼沒有我份的？」.
