The cabbie did not speak English and I knew I needed to go to Fumincinio Airport but he was following the Da Vinci airport signs. I thought that they had two airports in Rome so until he communicated that they were actually the same airport I was pretty nervous. GOD BLESS THE USA! Trip over. It is 630 am local time and we did not get a wink of sleep. Hopefully the rest that we got will give us enough energy to get out and about until we can check in to our hotel at 300 pm. We are very ready to get off this plane! February 14, 2009 at 6:18 PM. Glad to hear you made it okay. Take care of my daughter and grandbaby!

When we were walking up to get in line to buy tickets an American guy asked us if we needed a guided tour, after talking we decided to give them a try (great decision). Sorry that was long. Made it to Midland. Well this is the finally part of the journey. We got on the El Paso. Flight and landed at 11pm. Then I had to convince a rental car agent. To rent me a car as a one way to midland. Tiff and I got into a hotel. At about midnight and finally got some sleep. I woke up at 630 though. What a eventful day.
