Trying to keep up with the kids! August 2, 2015. I think my Mummy-Fit-By-Forty ambition might be severely hampered by the school holidays. Ten days into our six-week summer holidays and I’ve given up updating my FitBit. I don’t need an app to know I’m eating more calories than I’m burning, or that I haven’t drunk enough water, or that I’ve done half my daily target of steps. And as for my diet! So far this holiday I’ve managed about one of my five a day. Between picnic lunches, sneaky McDonalds...Oh well...
