Musings from a gray head. Tuesday, February 16, 2010. So this is the makings of a toddler bobsled hill. Yes there is still this much snow on our pristine front yard. Getting ready for the qualifying heats. Coach Jen, giving Blythe some pointers. Coach Christine, giving Grace some last minute advice. Last team trial before the big run. And they are off. Hooray they won Gold, first in all our hearts. Stay tuned for more of the winter games. This picture just makes me laugh at her giggles. So precious.

Musings from a gray head. Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Wanted a mermaid birthday party so we set out to see how we could make mermaid tails for all the girls or 'sisters' as Maeve. Calls them. Maeve. Was delighted with her tail and I got many thank you gramma. Tails Well worth the time spent. Of course Anson needed a Merman tail after wearing Maeves. He came up to me and said ' Gramma. Is this a skirt' and I told him yes, it kind of was. He promptly. Took it off and informed me that boys don't.
