Quite recently I had the pleasure of visiting one of the town’s shopping centres, through the visual tale described to me by my vigilant and loving. Owner It would seem that the standard of customer service has dropped these past years, causing the shopping trip to end in nothing but distress and heartache when the aforementioned customer service during the shopping trip was less than acceptable by my owner’s standards.
