Thursday, July 23, 2015. Payette River Scenic Byway. It's our last day in Idaho and we decided to take a drive. We started west of Boise in Eagle and took ID55 north which is the Payette River Scenic Byway. We started our drive somewhere around 7:30am but we didn't get far before we decided to stop for some breakfast before getting on ID55. Thomas spotted a diner so we turned off and stopped at Eddie's Diner. Offering us incredible views. We drove through Banks. Where we stopped at Lake Cascade State Park.

Friday, February 28, 2014. One Last Day in DC. After a relaxing lunch we decided to head to the Capitol and take a tour. We had a scheduled tour at 3:00pm but decided we didn't want to wait - so we cancelled that one and just did a walk up tour at the Capitol Visitor Center. Starts with a short film and then you form lines and meet your tour guide. Then you get a very quick tour of the Crypt. And the National Statuary Hall. We decided to take the Metro. Monday, August 11, 2014. July 21, 1951 - August 11, 2014. I was shocked and saddened when I heard today that Robin Williams was dead. He is one of my all time favorite actors. A few of the shows and movies of his that I love are . . . He always made me laugh. It is sad that a man that brought such joy to tons of people succumbed to depression.
