Wash and rinse rice well. Soak the rice for 1 hour. Then, cook rice in rice cooker. 2 How to prepare Sushi rice. 1/2 cup of Mizkan, sushi seasoning. Transfer the hot rice from the rice cooker into a large bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Mizkan, sushi seasoning evenly over the rice. Then, let it cool. Make a small ball of sushi rice.
