Good night from Namibia! Today begins a four day celebration of the last week of the month and all around the Center people are singing and having a party. It's certainly a not what you would expect with all that they are challenged with, but maybe, just maybe there is a lesson to be learned here. We will have to wait and see.

While preparing lunch I asked the staff if they have ever heard of Operation Christmas Child. One said, yes they are coming on friday to pass out gifts! I was almost in tears. I knew the kids were getting a treat, but I had no idea it was that! Would you believe that our amazing God had that in store for me all along? I am just so excited!

We picked up a box of Bendaroos at Walmart for $5 the other day and played with them for close to an hour.They are strips of string that are coated in wax and can be used over and over again .
