Are free weekly recovery meetings for people living with mental illness in which they are able to learn from each other's experience, share coping strategies, and other encouragement and understanding while on the road to recovery. Each group meets for 90 minutes, follows a flexible agenda, and is led by a team of trained individuals who are in recovery themselves. There is no cost to attend these meetings.
