Temporary License is issued in an emergency situation only. The Temporary License is issued to the facility as well as the individual and cannot be transferred to other nursing homes. To qualify for a Temporary License you must be licensed in another state or you minimally meet the qualifications to enter into the Administrator In Training (AIT) Program.
