As a requirement of the lease we are providing these properties to aboriginal people who meet the eligibility criteria as listed at no more than 75% of market rent. Currently these properties are all leased but we do have a waiting list so if you are interested please complete an application and return to office.

CAAH has been succesful with the ABA application to develop, hold and manage a number of housing lots within Alice Springs. This project will increase the number of housing stock that can be accessed by aboriginal people within the community and provide an opportunity for home ownership after the first two years of operation.
