UX는 어둠의 세계에서만 존재하는가? 우리는 프로젝트에서 작업한 산출물에 대해서 사용자들이 알아주기를 바란다. 그리고 실제로 사용자들은 오감을 통해서 그것을 경험하게 된다. 예를 들면, 디자이너의 시안을 통해서 심미적인 경험을, 개발자의 소스 코드를 통해서 속도의 체감 등을 경험하게 된다. 하지만, UX의 산출물은 어떠할까? 그러면 과연 UX 산출물의 결과를 가시적으로 볼 수 없는 것인가?
