We woke up (early) to a full pull-up, but were not expecting otherwise. We started the every 15min plan. And. It. Worked. He peed. and peed. and peed. On one occassion, he got a little nervous while sitting there, but only because he had to poop. And he did it. In the potty. SO, we cleaned ’em out. Actually, David cleaned them out, bless his heart. He nodded in the affirmative.

Hosted a concert in Shelby Park this last Saturday. It included free burgers, chips and drinks to anyone who came, with the hope that many from the neighborhood would show up. The concert featured church member Marcus G, a.k.a. the Christian rap artist Flame. Our good neighbor friends, the Conns, joined in our evening of fun.

Tuesday, October 18, 2011. Chris and Amy in Africa. So my last post was as much of a rundown I could give you of our time in Africa but here are a few shots of Chris and I. We saw a Masai tribal dance. And I even had the opportunity to participate. It was really cool and nerve racking all at the same time. I think I have a video somewhere that I will look for and post later. Chris took lots of pictures and the kids in particular LOVED it! It was so cute! Here we are surrounded by some of the kiddos.
