New Year, New Me! The year – 2010. The goal – to lose 32kg by 1 January 2011. Okay, so you’re probably thinking I gave up on the weight loss goals, I found it too hard and that I’ve let it all go. I *will* be back blogging, but not until 2011 and until then my weight loss goal is very firmly on hold. In fact, due to the baby I’m busy growing in my belly I’m gaining weight rapidly! New Year, New Me! The year – 2010. The goal – to lose 32kg by 1 January 2011. Working out for weight loss – is body balance my new best friend? I have known for a long time now that in order to lose weight that as well as very strictly watching what I eat and drink that I need to work out like a mad woman. My heart rate was still up and my limbs were shaking from the workout. I seriously think I got more out of an hour of body balance than I do out of smashing it out on the cross trainer or treadmill.
