Who doesn’t like a casserole that is not only quick to assemble but it freezes well too? I don’t know anyone who would say no to this recipe. When planning meals for our family, I find that if I can make double and freeze one, then on nights when life is busy we can just pull something from the freezer. It’s a win-win! A Baby is Coming. It’s about time I update my blog! I’m currently 37 weeks which means I’m down to the last 3 weeks before my due date! Sorry I haven’t blogged for a month. I got too preoccupied planning my baby shower and trying to get my nursery ready. and doing schoolwork all at once. This is what my nursery currently looks like:.
