While I understand an election of some sort is better than none at all, and I applaud the efforts and passion of those who clearly want a fair ballot, articles streaming in from the media have me easily skeptical of Iran’s democratic (or lack thereof) procedures. Why do only approximately 50% of U.S. voters going to the polls? Do they feel disenfranchised?
