This week didn’t go as planned… I skipped my short runs again and did Kettlebell on Tuesday and Thursday, but I didn’t bike to work at all this week. It just didn’t fit in my schedule. I was planning on a rest day for Saturday, but went to kettlebell instead since I hadn’t done any biking or running. I’m glad I did because I ended up being sick on Sunday and still didn’t get my long run in. 0 Miles Run, 0 Miles Biked; -2 Lbs. Labels: a healthier me.
