This week didn’t go as planned… I skipped my short runs again and did Kettlebell on Tuesday and Thursday, but I didn’t bike to work at all this week. It just didn’t fit in my schedule. I was planning on a rest day for Saturday, but went to kettlebell instead since I hadn’t done any biking or running.
