Tales of the T's: March 2013
http://talesofthets.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Tales of the T's. A Midwesterner and a Texan settling into life in the mountains of East Tennessee with a whole passel of kids. And the chaos that ensues. Saturday, March 30, 2013. This teensy little red haired baby boy had a birthday yesterday. Last night, to be exact, since he came into the world at 11:15 pm. And you can read all about his crazy entrance into the world here. Aunt Krista's version is much more comical than my own. Teagan is now a blond haired, blue eyed 8 yr old boy! My Mom's Etsy shop.

Ringing in the New Year. Waiting for the ball to drop. Not everyone had the stamina to make it. A toast to 2013! Wednesday, January 16, 2013. One of the highlights of our trip to Ohio was a walk to the sledding hill. Just down the street from my sister's house. Everybody had to take a turn. Even the littlest peep. Low-Carb R...

Tales of the T's. A Midwesterner and a Texan settling into life in the mountains of East Tennessee with a whole passel of kids. And the chaos that ensues. Sunday, August 26, 2012. Before the whole family moved down here, we all made a few trips back and forth from Ohio to Tennessee. The kids came down one weekend with their Dad, and then made another trip a couple weeks later with their Grandma. The first trip we rented a cabin in Tellico Plains. We played in the Tellico River. Goofed off in the hot tub.

Okay, since you've asked for it, and I've been a slacker blogger. I'm pretty sure I took this picture straight on but it sure looks like the porch is crooked. Not much to see out here. We never use this door as we always come in the garage. But, if you were to come in this door, this is what you would see. My Mom's Etsy shop.

Tales of the T's. A Midwesterner and a Texan settling into life in the mountains of East Tennessee with a whole passel of kids. And the chaos that ensues. Tuesday, November 27, 2012. And then it turned cold. While Thanksgiving was nice and warm, by Saturday, it was darn near freezing. But, it was Krista and Mia's last day in Tennessee. So we headed out to Tellico for some sight seeing. The last time we went to Bald River Falls was in the summer. Hence the lack of a decent picture. A Warm Fall Day. Luckil...

Tales of the T's. A Midwesterner and a Texan settling into life in the mountains of East Tennessee with a whole passel of kids. And the chaos that ensues. Friday, December 13, 2013. The Stockings Were Hung. My lovely new mantel. When we bought the house, we were mantel-less. But thanks to my husband's mad carpentry skills. And the removal of the gas logs. We now have a wood burning fireplace. With a mantel that looked like this in October. But is now dressed up for Christmas. WE ARE IN VIETNAM.
