A thermometer showing -33 C. I hate being cold, yet I never used to feel warm in the winter with the clothing that we owned. A trip to Yellowknife in January, with winter temperatures of -20 C to -35 C soon got us researching what clothing we should be wearing (think wool, down feathers, fleece and polyester). I now feel kitted out for whatever the winter weather throws at us! Base layer bottoms both mens Icebreaker (large) on the left, Ibex (medium) on the right. We both preferred the icebreaker leggings.
