http://lauraskates.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
After just a month of marriage, Eric and I have entered the crazy journey of parenthood. Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Well, I'm writing this post on about 8 hours of sleep. Normally, that sounds like the right amount for any healthy adult. But the honest truth is that it is 8 total hours from the last three nights. I CAN'T SLEEP! Here's the deal. I'm tired, I'm cranky, and I could cry at the drop of the hat. When you feel like this, the worst. and let me repeat. An hour at a time. Thank you for giving ...

My year in the Wilderness: Why the wilderness?
http://hunterliggett.blogspot.com/2008/10/why-wilderness.html
My year in the Wilderness. I guess I forgot to point out why my title is one year in the wilderness. this base is on the edge of what is known as the Ventana Wilderness in California. Which is an area of National Forest and mountains to the west of Big Sur. You can learn more about this region by visiting http:/ www.ventanawild.org/. There is a road called Nacimiento Ferguson that runs through the wilderness to the coast, it is an awesome sight to see the ocean from the edge of the mountains!

My year in the Wilderness. Today is an important day. It is the most important day of the year, today is Amy's birthday! Happy Birthday Amy, I love you! I wish I was there with you today. Oh and whose idea was it to hold the elections today? I mean really, disconnected politicians and their sycophantic speeches trying to steal attention away from my wifes birthday! My year in the Wilderness: Playing catch up
http://hunterliggett.blogspot.com/2008/10/playing-catch-up.html
My year in the Wilderness. Those that know me well, know that I am pretty bad at staying in touch with people that I care about. No, no.it's true, I do have a few minor character flaws. Ok, so only that ONE but no one can be perfect right? Probable posters from my wifes family (you will not see any posts from my maternal side of my family). Amy - my wife. Carol - Amy's mother, though she may not post. Jennifer - Amy's sister. Laura - Amy's youngest sister. Eric - Laura's husband. There I said it. Hey Cha...

My year in the Wilderness: Boom Boom, Boom Boom
http://hunterliggett.blogspot.com/2008/10/boom-boom-boom-boom.html
My year in the Wilderness. Boom Boom, Boom Boom. Seriously, they are probably one of the main reasons that I love the Army. Blowing stuff up is the most fun and if it actually serves a purpose.well that is even better! In BNCOC, I refreshed myself with explosives training and got to get my hands on a lot of C4, TNT and Dynamite! I won't discuss what I learned on this blog in detail, less there be some terrorist piece of crap reading, but we went over how to rig charges to blow doors open. My babies at 3!

I agree that today should be known as Amy's Day and not election day! Hope you are having a good day also! November 4, 2008 at 4:51 AM.
