Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Not sure what is the name of this plant. The seller said it is called mini or dwarf type hibiscus. Any idea? This dwarf type hibiscus plant produced tiny red color dainty flowers and they shaped like mini lanterns hanging on the plant. However, I didn’t expect half bloomed flower from this plant. 版权所有，所有分享请以连接方式转接，谢谢！很久没有用丹佬咸鱼入菜了，冰箱里还有一大块。拿着丹佬咸鱼在手，马上联想到芽菜。淡淡的芽菜配上味浓的咸鱼，两者确是一拍着合了。这道丹佬咸鱼炒芽菜是我其中最爱的菜肴。在煎咸鱼的时候，那种咸鱼的味道马上充满整间屋子。如果你爱这味道，还蛮享受的，如果是不爱。。便会怕怕了。丹佬咸鱼：20g （随自己自己的数量丹佬咸鱼洗净，沥干备用）. 红辣椒：1条（切丝）. 葱：1条（切段，分开葱白和青葱）. 姜：少许（切丝或幼粒，随意）. 1）烧热适量的油，放入丹佬咸鱼炸至香脆，捞起备用。 2）用剩下的油爆香蒜茸，姜和葱白，再加入红辣椒炒一下，便加入芽菜，葱青和调味料大火快速炒一会，然后再加入绍兴酒再炒均便可上碟。 1）马来西亚是个湿热的国家，一般上咸鱼如果只是收藏在室内，很容易受潮。咸鱼受潮后含水量增加，微生物容易生长繁殖，使咸鱼容易变质。把鲜鱼收藏在冰箱内（冰格）可以长期保存。 2）芽菜不宜炒太久，不然会失去口感。 4）咸鱼只是炸脆，不要炸得过焦了。切法随自己喜欢。 8）调味料和材料的分量只供参考，请自行调整。标签：豆类（芽菜）. 五花肉/ 三层肉：1 Kg.

版权所有，所有分享请以连接方式转接，谢谢！女儿说她很喜欢吃烤鸡，要求我多烤鸡肉给她吃。所以最近都在研究新的烤鸡食谱，希望能烤出不同口味的鸡块。这烤鸡酱料很特别，味道不错，我用了几种烤法，最后还是觉得有酱汁的烤法比较有特色。洋葱：1粒（去皮，切丝）. 汁料（搅拌均匀）：. 1）鸡全腿加入腌制料腌制几个小时或过夜。 2）加入汁料再腌制一个小时或以上。（图3）. 3）预热烤箱至200°C，准备锡纸在烤盘上，放入鸡块，把洋葱铺在鸡块上，再把一半的汁料淋上，把准备好的鸡肉放入烤箱烤大概35至40分钟或至熟。 4）在烤的时候，每10至15分钟把鸡块拿出，再把剩下的汁料分别淋上至完毕，手脚要快速。 5）烤好后，取出鸡斩块，淋上烤过的汁料便可。 1）我习惯在鸡全腿上割三横，以便腌制得更加入味。只是当斩鸡块时就斩得没有那么漂亮了。（图2）. 2）我们家喜欢吃烤好后的洋葱，如果不喜欢吃可以把分量减半。 3）烤好后的汁料很多油（如果鸡很肥），可以先把油去了，再淋在鸡肉上。 65279;. 图2：我习惯在鸡全腿上割三横，以便更加入味。这次买到的鸡很肥，烤好后，汁料很多油，. 吃得太饱了，连甜品也吃不多...
