A love of all things edible. Nov 12, 2010. I am one of those crazy holiday people. It's easier if I just shoot straight with you. In 2009, I started listening to Christmas music in August. This year, I restrained myself a bit and waited until the beginning of October. Adapted from Rachael Ray (makes 6 waffles in my belgian waffle iron, although we usually cut the recipe in half). 3 cups all-purpose flour. 4 teaspoons baking powder. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 2 teaspoons ground ginger. 1 1/2 cups milk.
