That theory really successfully tried to make me cry afterwards. Subjective well-being or positive psychology? Whatever it was (I couldn't remember), it told me how sometimes when you lost your ability and appetite of continuing your life since you were not able to do the most exciting activity you like anymore, then BLAM!
