Thursday, October 10, 2013. Pumpkins, Family, and Surprises! This past weekend my sister-in-law, Marissa, and her boyfriend, Brandon, made a surprise visit to see us! They live in Oklahoma City so we don't get to see them as often as we wish. But, on Friday, she told me they were coming in for a surprise visit! That was the latest I have stayed up in SO LONG). Saturday morning we all woke up and Bug woke up so very excited that "my rissa here! It didn't exactly click that Marissa was at our house. HA!

Friday, August 14, 2015. I've never been one to have an issue with acne. Of course, as a teenager, I had the normal "hormones are going crazy" zits but I've never had any kind of serious issues. However, as I've gotten older I seem to be having more issues. And, the kind of pimples I'm getting are the painful, under the skin zits. It's terrible only because they are actually painful. Monday, August 17, 2015. With the kiddos being back in school, I wanted to find an easy but healthy breakfast for them. I ran across this. Recipe and had to try it. I love that I can make these every Sunday and then keep them in the fridge for an easy breakfast through the week. I also bought the Silicone baking cups. Off of amazon before I made these. (Mine came in a pack of 24 but I only needed 12 for this recipe). Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese. Sauteed Zucchini, red bell pepper, and sweet yellow onion.
