Trial and Error: October 2010
http://cdrinovsky.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 29, 2010. The story starts with a crisp, sunny Pacific Northwest fall day. Its ending is just as beautiful. The main characters include Erin and myself, two middle-aged Korean women from Olympia (Sunny and Shin), a middle-aged Korean man from Olympia (Mr. Chang) and many knights in shining armor. So we took off on Wednesday morning at 7am, both in separate cars so that we could do a one-way hike with a car shuttle. After stopping for breakfast and gas, driving the tremendously beautif...

Brad and Courtney: September 2012
http://andersenbc.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 21, 2012. Because I'm OBSESSED with 914. I mean, seriously. I'm so obsessed that even when I see a random sequence that doesn't sequentially contain 9-1-4, I rearrange the numbers in my head to make them say 914. Or if I see 9:41 I just think to myself, "Oh, if I switched the 1 and the 4 it would say 914." Maybe I need some intervention. But unfortunately Brad had to go to class. Before he left I got to open my present. Can you tell that I LOVE this thing! After Brad got home from schoo...

I interviewed for a graduate position in Georgia Health Sciences University's Occupational Therapy department. We visited Augusta, GA during my grad school interview. And took a trip down the Savannah River. Killer convinced us that she could totally get used to this new place. Brad celebrated his 27th birthday. We explored the Chattahoochee. She was not happy.

Brad and Courtney: Louisiana
http://andersenbc.blogspot.com/2014/08/louisiana.html
Monday, August 11, 2014. As part of my occupational therapy schooling, we are required to complete two 3 month fieldworks, which are like unpaid internships. I spent my first 3 months from February to May in Lafayette, Louisiana working at The Center for Work Rehabilitation at the Fontana Center. While working about 60 hours a week I rarely had time for sight-seeing and enjoying the Louisianan culture, but every once in a while an opportunity presented itself. Those 3 months were the hardest of my life b...
