Bellows Bulletin: August 2008
http://bellowsbulletin.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 2, 2008. Our next tourist stop. We stopped at Shoshone Falls near Twin Falls after going to the Twin Falls Temple Open House. This year the water was running over the falls. On a previous visit a couple of years ago, there was only a trickle of water. Here are the kids on the rocks by the Upper Falls. I took the picture of the Falls from looking down. It was beautiful. The water was freezing cold. Here is an elk we saw along the side of the road. Look at those antlers!

http://bellowsbulletin.blogspot.com/2009/01/brrrr-it-is-freezing-here-in-minnesota.html
Wednesday, January 14, 2009. It is freezing here in Minnesota. Today's high is a negative 2. I wonder sometimes why we chose to live here. Thoughts of any warmer climate sound really good right now. So this is my random thought I had last week as I walked the mall for exercise. Why do people buy lattes, etc. to drink when they are walking the mall? In my twisted thinking, if you trying to get healthy, lose a little weight, why buy a drink with lots of calories? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Saturday, September 27, 2008. Isn't it amazing that our girls are now at the age to wear dresses like these to dances? Thank you again for letting us stay with you. The kids had a lot of fun! Wednesday, January 14, 2009. Here are some bubbles we blew when the temps hit below zero. The bubbles kind of act like saran wrap as they start to dissolve. Pretty cool. Not so cool to be outside doing this. We could do this all week here as temps won't be above zero for at least two days. Windchill warnings go into effect at noon today until Friday. And we still have to deliver the newspaper. Yuck! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Here are some bubbles we blew when the temps hit b.

Bellows Bulletin: April 2008
http://bellowsbulletin.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 18, 2008. I think spring is finally in the air! Okay, so we did have a little sleet mixed in with the rain last night, but I have flowers! I have a couple of pansies in bloom, a few crocus, and some other purple flowers just about to bloom. I won't see leaves on the trees for a few more weeks, but there are finally signs of spring! Bellows Bulletin: February 2008
http://bellowsbulletin.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 14, 2008. This is our new car that I picked up on Halloween night. The snow is from December! Labels: Our (really mine) new car. Here is our snowman sitting upright. Sam built the bottom snowball and we could barely push it to where he wanted it. It ended up in the boulevard where it is looking a little pathetic these days. We would much rather have snow than wind chill warnings of which we have had 2 within the last 3 weeks. Labels: Once there was a snowman. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
