Eaten by a Monster – Paper, Words, and Coffee
https://paperwordsandcoffee.wordpress.com/2015/06/20/eaten-by-a-monster
Paper, Words, and Coffee. Eaten by a Monster. June 20, 2015. October 20, 2016. So I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted, so I thought I’d just check in and offer an explanation as to my whereabouts with the help of some Lord of the Rings memes. You sit down at your desk to work, when the sudden urge to bake three cakes leaves you scrambling for your apron. You take a break from your important baking and decide to read a book, just. Chapter before you go back to studying. Okay, maybe. Then they final...

Paper, Words, and Coffee. August 18, 2015. October 7, 2015. You’ve been working your way through a new book, engaging and immersing yourself in its world. You’ve almost finished, you’re about 3/4 of the way through, when BAM! You are confronted by the plot twist … but hang on … this plot twist … it’s sort of … outlandish … unrealistic … random …. dare I say stupid? Why did that character do that? Why is this happening? I have no idea how we suddenly got here! What is going on! Don’t do it! So, those are ...
Sacred Spaces – Paper, Words, and Coffee
https://paperwordsandcoffee.wordpress.com/2015/07/11/sacred-spaces
Paper, Words, and Coffee. July 11, 2015. October 7, 2015. One thing I’ve discovered in my writing journey is the importance of my workspace, or as I like to call it, my sacred space. This is the spot where the magic happens, where I sip my coffee and let the words (hopefully) flow. My dream room … if it had more books. My space is very simple, but it is mine. It isn’t the den I dream of, but I love it all the same. Eaten by a Monster. One thought on “ Sacred Spaces. July 11, 2015 at 1:56 pm. You are comm...
Write Every Day – Paper, Words, and Coffee
https://paperwordsandcoffee.wordpress.com/2015/08/16/write-every-day
Paper, Words, and Coffee. August 16, 2015. October 7, 2015. My desire to write is currently insatiable, it’s all I want to do. I just want to curl up on my couch, or sit at my desk, and work my way through my first draft. But I have to live in the real world. I have university commitments. I think this exercise is going to be really important, especially as how the re-writing/editing process doesn’t really have much actual writing in it; mostly just fixing sentences here and there, or finding bette...

Este es un blog literario donde escribo mi opinión personal de los libros que leo, además de alguna otra cosa. Domingo, 16 de agosto de 2015. Wrau up: Julio 2015.

Thursday, May 1, 2008. Well the only way i manage to post a picture is by saving it first - is that right? Why can't i just paste it into blog immediately? I'm probably being too impatient and not reading instructions properly - but there's not a lot of time at work - too much to do - and i find verbal information for practical things is more effective. does that make sense for a library worker? It's a fascinating landscape. Monday, April 28, 2008. Why aren't i on the log of blogs? What have i done wrong?
