Pattison Lake Townhomes is a townhome community located on Pattison Lake in rural Thurston County, Washington (see map). The development was built in 1998. There are 26 units, twelve 2-bedroom and fourteen 3-bedroom. The business of Pattison Lake Townhomes Homeowners Association (HOA) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in the state of Washington, operating under the Revised Code of Washington Condominium Act (RCW 64.34). Two directors are elected one year, and three the next. November 1 and 29.

Most projects have been completed for this year. The perimeter fence replacement is finished, a new retention pond fence has been constructed, all the big trees around the community have been trimmed back, and the wooden trim on all the buildings has been painted. Xeriscaping is an ongoing project tht will continue throughout the year. Two front-yard areas have been planted with drought-hardy, water-wise native plants. Any homeowners who like the new no-grass look can have his or her yard planted to match.
