We provide educational programs which help these children adapt to their rapidly-changing environment and participate in the global community. Tourism is rapidly overtaking traditional industries in south Lombok. A culture of childhood marriage perpetuates the cycle of poverty (14-16 is considered normal for a girl, 16-18 for a boy).
