The Georgia Tech Physics Forum. About the Physics Forum. About The Physics Forum. The Physics Forum was started in the spring of 2013 as the Graduate Student Physics Forum. In short, the goal of the Forum is to provide the opportunity for physics students to talk to their peers about current developments in physics. More specifically, it allows us to present our own work, or research that we find interesting, to other physics students outside of a group meeting, journal club, or classroom setting.

Physics for us - Physics

Physics covers a wide range of phenomena. Such as quarks, neutrinos and electrons) to the largest superclusters. Of galaxies. Included in these phenomena are the most basic objects from which all other things are composed, and therefore physics is sometimes called the " fundamental science. Physics aims to describe the various phenomenon that occur in nature in terms of simpler phenomena. Thus, physics aims to both connect the things observable to humans to root causes.
