Well we have brick, a furnace and it looks like our tubs are in as well. See pics below. You cant see it here very well but they have the tar paper on the roof. Flooded storage area of the basement (hope they fix this! Future finished basement, again, flooded. Other side of the furnace. Other storage area and yet again, more water. This is our brick.
