The City Gardeners Cookbook. 2 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes. 3/4 cup chopped bell peppers. 1 clove garlic minced. 1/2 cup olive oil. 3 teaspoons fresh oregano. 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and let stand for at least 10 minutes. Serve over toasted slices of crusty bread (Bruschetta), or over pasta. Feed for this Entry. To post a comment.
