Make yourself aware of any updates to the rules. Stop and help an injured rider, you are considered a travelling marshal. A practice ban will come into place 1 week before the event. The time penality if found breaking the rule is 5 minutes. You can practice the course on Saturday, race only on Sunday. All riders must register and display their number plate before practicing, a 5 minute penality applies. Riders must make their way unassisted to each special stage. Each event is limited to 350 riders.

Gravity Enduro combines the fitness of cross country riding and the technique of downhill racing. There are many different formats for Gravity Enduro racing and Gravity Enduro Ireland is the perfect combination of competition and a great day on the bikes with your mates. The route to the start of each special stage is uphill, but there is no time limit to get there.
