It's very easy and the sauce is really delicious! L Tbsp olive oil. 1 Tbsp butter, melted. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 3 green onions, finely chopped. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 cup Media Crema or heavy cream. 1 Tbsp lime juice. Sunday, July 31, 2011. 1 pkg Mrs. T's Pierogies (12). 1 large onion sliced with slices cut in half. 1 small red bell pepper, sliced. 1 small green bell pepper, sliced. 1 pkg Ekrich Angus Beef Sausage (2 large links) sliced diagonally. 2 Tbsp olive oil. In a large frying pan, saute onions and peppers in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add sliced sausage to the pan, stir and let heat for another 5 minutes. Add pierogies, frozen or thawed on top of sausage, peppers and onions.

This recipe was very popular a few years ago and still doesn't disappoint! 1 yellow cake mix. 1 can Coco Lopez. 1 8 oz carton of Cool Whip. 1 large can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple, drained. 1 10 oz jar cherries, drained and chopped. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Prepare cake according to package directions and bake in a 9x13" pan. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Using a straw, poke holes in top of cake.

Mash bananas and set aside. Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour and soda and add alternately with bananas. Stir in raisins and pecans. My Brazilian friend, Nina, turned me on to Nestle Media Crema and I was finally able to make a lemon sauce similar to one I'd tasted at an Italian restaurant. Give it a try.
