http://it-can-be.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 26, 2006. Reading this slashdot story -. Http:/ slashdot.org/articles/06/03/26/0555255.shtml. I wonder why MS hasn't been able to release a new OS for quite some time. Granted that XP is far more stable than previous Windows OSes but it is not as advanced as probably MS wants us to believe. I'm not talking about cool graphics effects but actual functionality. Where does that leave Windows? WinFS was promised, but I don't know where it is. I wonder WTF MS thinks it is doing? My first blog po...

http://it-can-be.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 21, 2006. Much as I wrote about my project management experience. And on top of all this, you also promise a PPO to them :). As a project manager, I am responsible for getting project done. And that means I'm responsible for motivating them. But how? I'm sitting on their backs, even looking at core tech issues - hoping that they'd get tired of me and to get rid of me, they'd start doing their work. But it hasn't worked yet. It reminds me of the book " On the Basilisk Station. It has made ...

Dare to think: December 2006

Friday, December 29, 2006. PanIIT Chronicles - Networking. Alumni meets are very interesting. One of the reasons why alumni meets are held is networking, an euphemism for making contacts to suit one's convenience. Strange things happen in the name of networking - visiting cards are exchanged like Christmas cards, strangers barge into a group of old batchmates and start speaking to them as if they were acquaintances for life . it's all in the game, so nobody finds it rude. To speak to me! Thankfully, the ...

Mystics of Life: September 2006
http://mysticsoflife.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
Simply living and loving life.well, truthfully, most of the time. :-). Wednesday, September 20, 2006. After a hectic week with too much to do in too little time following a week of just lazing around with nothing much to do, I am back to blogging! Amidst the process of relocating to a new city for a new job, my thought process was irked at the most unlikely time by an unknown person! So much for a moving guy! Knowledge sometimes does reside at the most unlikely place! Wednesday, September 06, 2006.

Saturday, April 07, 2007. Do Farewells really Fare-Well these days. Well Modern Technology does have a major role in which farewells fail to evoke the same kind of sentiment that was there much earlier. In the farewell. A farewell speech from him, would have really made us feel that we are going to miss IIT for a long long time. Simply living and loving life.well, truthfully, most of the time. :-). Monday, November 13, 2006. Will anything ever change? In the continually changing world, will anything change with the existing arranged married system? Probably not. but I needed a vent-out! So, here goes. Being a single girl with her parent's on the lookout for a prospective groom, I have to say its worse than slim-pickings out there! I was definitely not trying to hint anything to anyone or hurt anyone. I am sure there's anothe...

Mystics of Life: Trying for a come-back
http://mysticsoflife.blogspot.com/2007/07/trying-for-come-back.html
Simply living and loving life.well, truthfully, most of the time. :-). Sunday, July 01, 2007. Trying for a come-back. Been awhile since I blogged. Blaming it on everything work-related, I finally decided to get back on track. The day I decide that and wrote a draft. all of the following happened. and so I got preoccupied. Some hook thing broke off the wall and fell on my head in my apartment gym and dented my head. Come on, don't. I had to get stitched up. Fall down the stairs and twist my arm! Georgia, ...

Friday, September 22, 2006. After Diwali, Navarathri is my favorite festival.(Though off late my enthu for both have mitigated owing to various mundane reasons). Both were( and I guess still are ) highly entertaining festivals and digresses from other routine south indian festivals which primarily involves pooja and eating in some flavour or the other. Diwali is of course fun with crackers ( I like calling Deepavali as Diwali). Monday, September 18, 2006. It took me less than a month to realize that nothi...
