Wednesday, October 8, 2008. Have you ever found yourself waiting for something in life? Maybe you've prayed about something earnestly, but for whatever reason, it just hasn't happened yet? Maybe it never will for some reason or maybe God just wants us to wait. I'm waiting on You, Lord. And I am hopeful. I'm waiting on You, Lord. Though it is painful. But patiently, I will wait. I will move ahead, bold and confident. Taking every step in obedience. I will serve You. I will not faint. Even while I wait.

What A Wonderful World. Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Kristi did such an amazing job of talking to everyone, making everyone feel as if they were the most important guest at the wedding. Wednesday, August 27, 2008. As of this week, school has officially started. I am working as an instructional assistant at a school here this year. It's a nice break from being a classroom teacher. I'm enjoying my evenings and weekends off! Kody and I are settling in more. We have made some good friends already and enjoy hanging out with everyone here. They have been so welcoming to us! Sunday, August 18, 2013. Emily and Delaney shared a seat. The concert was the night before school started so it wasn't the best of timing. Staying up on a school night and doing anything before such a big day is highly unlike me, but I am so glad that I decided to. Live" a little. Thursday, September 4, 2008. The following poem was read at my grandfather's memorial service back at the beginning of August. I have been really touched by the words of this poem and just wanted to share it with you.
