Some of them are ready to go and excited about every second,. But most of them are tired out and wondering when play time. It all again on Monday! View my comple...

Mrs. Heeren's Happenings: New Behavior Chart Theme - Tribal Patterns
http://heerenshappenings2.blogspot.com/2015/06/new-behavior-chart-them-tribal-patterns.html
Sunday, June 7, 2015. New Behavior Chart Theme - Tribal Patterns. I can't get enough of these beautiful "tribal" patterns! Check out my newest behavior chart! I think I'll be switching to this one for next year. :). I've also updated my STAR Behavior Pack. For the 2015-16 school year! The student recording calendars coordinate nicely with the wording of the behavior chart. Although, the STAR Behavior Pack. Is editable if you use a chart with different wording. :). Wednesday, June 26, 2013. What You Can Do with an Overhead Projector. It is no mystery that I am not an artist. I can barely draw a straight line and I definitely cannot cut one. Sad, just sad. But with the use of my overhead projector, I was able to create this mural for my baby boy's nursery. And this for our living room. Forgive me for the horrible quality of this picture! No decals, all freehand paint. I did the same thing for the tree. Except I found the tree online. Easy, inexpensive and fun. I tea...

http://firstgradewithacherryontop.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 25, 2014. Today was the first day of school! My ninth one to be exact and I was the least nervous that I have been my entire career. Usually the first day brings a terrible stomach ache, shaky nerves, and lots of prayers. But today, I was pumped up! It may be because I love my school and the families that go there. I've been there 4 years and it truly feels like a second home. Speaking of, I made a few changes to the room that I wanted to share. Here are just a few little snippets of my ne...
