What is Mobile Art? Mobile art is everywhere. Some of it is wonderful, exceptional, excellent. Seeks to reward and encourage emerging artists in this new genre. Mobile art is a sub-genre of digital art, but it has several distinct characteristics which entitle it to be acknowledged as a genre in itself.
