My Rescue Is Possible. Monday, January 28, 2013. For those of you who don't follow my new blog, I am heading back to malta and Europe at the end of July! I am so excited, and I am so motivated to lose a huge chunk of weight before then. I leave on July 24th. I booked last week so I've already created a timeline of my goals by then! I started January 21st, exactly a week ago. I've set my goal to lose between 15-20kg by then (26 weeks). I've been wearing my bodymediafit band 23 hours a day! Loss = 1.8kg.

My Rescue Is Possible. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Changing up the workouts. Australia Day long weekend was last week and since that break I have not been motivated to work out. I went to gym yesterday morning for cardio and then Zumba in the evening. This morning I was exhausted and didn't get up until 8:30am! When I don't start off my day with a workout, I get extra lazy. My Rescue Is Possible. Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Well I just got back from my first personal training session. Here's a run down. 20 step ups with medicine ball. 20 medicine ball squat and throws. 30 seconds dumbbell punches. 2 reps of boxing straight punches. 2 x 3 stair runs. 2 reps of boxing upper cuts. 2 x 3 stair runs. 20 seconds crunches passing medicine balls. 20 seconds bicycle crunches. My Rescue Is Possible. Sunday, July 29, 2012. Way off track =(. I'm still working out like a mad woman, but my eating has been way off lately. I'm constantly hungry. I normally eat a bowl of oats at 8:30am and then by 10am my stomach is already growling with hunger. I'm snacking lots. On fruit, on rice crackers, on yoghurt. I have a fill on Wednesday and I'm hoping to get 0.1 or 0.2cc put in. I know I'm close to my sweet spot. When I got my last fill, I could feel that I was close to that "green zone".

My Rescue Is Possible. Saturday, December 3, 2011. Boot camp no. 2 and Fill. Ahhh my body hurts.but i'm sure it will hurt a lot more tomorrow! I went for my second bootcamp this morning. Lots more running and weights OUCH! On days that I don't train, I have been walking/running 5.5km a night and I'm pretty darn proud of myself :). My Rescue Is Possible. Wednesday, October 16, 2013. Back in the band. It has been a while but I am back! I spent 6 awesome weeks in Europe and now I'm back to get rid of a bit of holiday weight and work off the last 15-20kg that I aim to lose. I currently weigh 76.8kg. I got a fill last week and my doctor was very proud that I'd lost 10kg since seeing her last. I'm eating really slowly and trying to eat as clean as possible. I just lack motivation to go the gym as much as I used to. Back in the band.

My Rescue Is Possible. Monday, May 6, 2013. On Thursday, I began my invisalign treatment. For those who don't know what invisalign are, it's the new clear braces technology. Rather than irritating metal wires in my mouth, I now where tight retainers 22hours of everyday for a year in order to straighten my overcrowded teeth.
