Da ich mir sämtliche Übungen mit der Kugel selbst, bzw mit Hilfe von eBook und DVD beigebracht habe, war das Ziel für mich die Bewegungsmuster der einzelnen Übungen besser zu verstehen und eventuelle bzw. bestimmte Fehler zu korrigieren. Mit 16kg KB alle 10 Übungen ohne Pause. 15x je Richtung Around The Body Pass.

Hab dabei mein kleines Domizil so gut wie möglich genutzt und ich hoffe der Muskelkater wird nicht allzu schlimm. ;-P. 3x15 Kniebeugen (3s runter/ 3s halten/ 3s hoch). 3x20 Liegestütze (3s runter/ 3s halten/ 3s rauf). 4x15 Latdrücken liegend (Endposition nur Ellenbogen und Fersen am Boden). Wer mag kann es probieren und mir Feedback geben.
