Friday, November 7, 2008. Yup I'm thinking about taking martial arts again after a 10 year hiatus. I'm in bad shape. I go to the gym 3-5 times a week, and I eat well, but I'm still carrying around 40-60 lbs of extra fat. In 6 months or so I should be back to the tae. Do fitness level. Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Over the summer I was in two new bands, Diluvium and Definite Maybe. I don't know who chose those names, but they don't make sense to me. Oh well, both bands are still awesome. Definite Maybe is still rocking, and despite losing our lead guitarist (Morgan Day is moving up the band ladder to some more professional bands), we have Austin and Carlos stepping up on guitar, and myself on keyboard when we need some solos.
