Not too long ago, many teachers met in Daejeon for a Christmas party. Teachers traveled from Seoul and other areas to celebrate the holiday. Some Korean students attended the party as well. Notice it says "Body Worlds". From Daejeon to Seoul for the Weekend! We visited the Seoul Lantern Festival for 2011. I was very impressed to see the creativity and detail in these lanterns. On the way to the festival we saw lots of Christmas and winter season lights. In the background there are red and blue lanterns.

Bring on the Kimchi! Reflections of a Missionary as She Travels the World. Monday, September 19, 2011. What My Blog Title Means. Is a staple item in Korean cuisine. The taste is very strong and spicy when eaten by itself. I have eaten it a few times, consisting of both positive and negative experiences. One dish I really like is kimchi pancakes. Bring on the Kimchi! Reflections of a Missionary as She Travels the World. Monday, July 30, 2012. Sisters in Korea, A Blast in Busan. My friend and student Anne took Chelsey and I to Busan. Chelsey wanted to see the sea and Anne loves traveling, so she wanted to plan a trip for us. It was very sweet of her and we had an excellent time! Here is us on the speed train.
