Monday, November 5, 2012. We enjoyed the church Halloween party, going to friends house, pumpkin carving and trick or treating. I love this picture of these two together! The next few are the girls and their friends after the party. Merida- without her hair. Have you ever seen the princesses act like them? Carving pumpkins at the last min.- it was the only time we had available. I LOVE the pieces of pumpkin on her face- she cleaned and did this all on her own! I just gave up. Halloween night- ready to go.

Wednesday, November 2, 2011. The season starts with the going and getting pumpkins! Such a beautiful day to take a hay ride out to pick out pumpkins. We went to a farm (we'd never been to for pumpkins) and it had everything you'd want for this wonderful tradition.everything but a REAL pumpkin patch! They dumped their pumpkins(and not the good ones) in a "field" for you to pick out! We didn't have much time and so we picked from what was available and enjoyed the moment to laugh about through the years!

Thursday, August 25, 2011. It took me over two months to say yes to my friend Melissa, who asked me to run a 10k with her. It was for her daughter Valerie who died less than two weeks from her due date. It was devastating and this run was part of her healing process. It wasn't that I didn't want to support her, it was that I was scared at the thought of running 6.4 miles! August 11, 2015 · 6:31 pm. It’s Looks Like We’re Having …. A week ago, I had some early pregnancy blood-work that tested for chromosomal abnormalities in the baby. We were happy to try a new test that actually looks at fragments of baby’s DNA in mom’s bloodstream, after 10 weeks. The results just came back today, and all looks very healthy with baby. This is great, as the test for down syndrome detects 99 out of 100 cases – far better than the sequential screen which we had for Amelia. The Tamm and Kidds.
