Monday, January 19, 2009. All They Are Cracked Up To Be! These perfect little packages of protein, what's not to love? Green salad or tuna sandwiches). The "incredible, edible egg" indeed! A Year Without Eating Out: Confessions and Reaffirmation:::Monique

http://ayearwithouteatingout.blogspot.com/2009/02/confessions-and-reaffirmationmonique.html

Friday, February 13, 2009. Confessions and Reaffirmation: :Monique. This week was our 15th wedding anniversary.  We ended up going to Casper that day and since our huge tax return was on its way in just a couple of days we splurged.  Actually, I was too lazy to pack a lunch getting ready for my meeting but, hey, it was a good excuse! 160;So, there is the confession. Now, for the reaffirmation.  Nobody enjoyed our lunch out except for me! February 14, 2009 at 6:26 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

A Year Without Eating Out: Success:::Monique

http://ayearwithouteatingout.blogspot.com/2009/01/successmonique.html

Friday, January 30, 2009. We went to Casper today for my husband's post-op doctor appointment.  I knew this was coming up, and since his appointment was at 10:30 am I knew we'd be there for lunch because we had grocery shopping to do as well.  Thanks to Jenn's post. Container of hard boiled eggs. Bag of sliced veggies. The real test was when we got home.  I asked hubby how lunch was.  He was pleased! 160;I'm so happy we are figuring out a way to make this work.  I think it would be even more suc...Is an ...

Monday, February 16, 2009. Perhaps it is radical for many of us in this advanced day and age, but to the Williams Clan.it is normal. To be honest we actually eat leftovers several times a week, and only once in awhile do the younger ones complain because, hey, peanut butter is better. Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Meals On the Go: :Jenn. Breakfast burritos: makes 15 (they freeze well, too). 1C cooked sausage (optional for vegetarians). 1C green chili (you can skip it but they are really dry then). 2 /2 LB of cooked potatoes (cubed or sliced, baked or fried. I haven't tried hash brown or Tatar tots but it might work well too and save a step.). Pigs in a Blanket: count on 3-5 per person. A Year Without Eating Out: December 2008

http://ayearwithouteatingout.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html

Tuesday, December 30, 2008. What's not to love about a dish with this much color? Last night I took 1/2 a cabbage and a small bunch of Kale and chopped them roughly to saute in a skillet with garlic onion and a touch of olive oil. I served it over some pre-cooked pasta ( I frequently cook some extra pasta to have an easy meal addition later) with scratch corn bread and a pitcher of wellness tea. The chicken was bartered, and I cooked it in the new crock-pot. Monday, December 29, 2008. Going on, I am dete...

A place of retreat for this mother of seven (currently fighting Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer) to speak on the joys and challenges of life for a Catholic family immersed in American culture. Sunday, August 02, 2015. I always picture summer as this time of oasis for our family. A time to get things done around the house, to get out of the endless cycle of driving the kids around, a time with little to no nagging about homework. I don't know how I keep getting it so wrong.
